the location proved convenient for accessing nearby shops and train stations.
the lack of a sustainability policy is unacceptable. despite my request to reuse towels and conserve energy, staff ignored these instructions until i spoke to them in spanish. excessive plastic packaging on coffee bags and paper cups added to my disappointment..

The pool was open late. It was clean. our room matched what i expected. there was a good bathroom. we loved the housekeeping service.
i booked a tower suite, but when i checked in, i got a downgraded room. $50 valet parking seemed excessive.

The parking fee seemed excessive at $57. The lounge chairs at the pool showed considerable wear and tear. Check-in was slow and the employee seemed inexperienced. She initially assigned me to an occupied room then the keys for the replacement room did not work properly adding unnecessary delays
